Recent Project History

• Fuel Facility-Miami International Airport (MIA)  

This project involved the design of a steel frames canopy building structure to secure the capture fuel tank for Dike Area 1.

• Line Array Rigging - Miami-Dade County Park & Recreation

This project involved the design of a steel frame structural support system to provide support to cantilever speaker steel cages with weight in excess of 4,000 pounds each. 

• KB Home Design Studio and Office, Daytona Beach.

This project involved the design of KB Home Design studio and office space: build out of studio retail offices, including 2nd story 4,500sf mezzanine addition, new elevator, electrical with Douglas control panel, new fire alarms, FM-200 dry suppression fire sprinkler upgrades, and new bathroom facilities.
